Brief Answer:
precautions advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir, I have seen the attached reports and glad to inform you that all tests of your wife are fine.
But your semen analysis is not good and that's why you need to take supplements as your sperm count, motility and morphology are on lower side.
Take tablet Co-Q forte or fertiza-M or macsoza sachets twice a day for 3 months.
In the meanwhile
- take good amount of fruits and salads daily,
- avoid smoking and alcohol
- avoid stress or sleep lags
- can try yoga or meditation
- drink lots of water and lime juice.
- avoid tight underclothes or tight jeans for long hours.
Try these simple measures and till then indulge in mid cycle intercourse viz intercourse on alternate days from day 10-day18 of your wife's periodic cycle (taking first day of periods as day 1 of periodic cycle).
Wish you all the best.

Brief Answer:
drug intake with follicular study

Detailed Answer:
PCOD is a difficult to handle problem and especially if she has irregular periods.
So she need to go for a regular ultrasound for follicular study in which her gynecologist will call her 3-4 times for ultrasound to see for the growth of her egg and thus tell you the exact time of rupture of follicle and thus release of egg so that having intercourse during that time will have higher chances of pregnancy.
You can try following measures to enhance the chances of conception -
1) try to keep a pillow beneath her buttocks after sex so that gravitational force keeps the semen inside her vagina for a longer time.
2) she should not get up for at least 20-25 minutes
3) try conventional position of sex female lying down on bed.
And as regards semen quality is concerned it will definitely improve with drugs and other precautions I have mentioned you.
No food will specifically increase motility but having fruits, salads and lots of water will provide you good amount of anti oxidants and thus help in improving the semen quality.
I hope these measures will help you in conception soon.
All the best

Brief Answer:
follicular study and medicines

Detailed Answer:
Poor semen quality poses great problem in conception but once she conceives by luck then most of the times there is no problem.
But it has been observed in some studies that such pregnant women suffer from increased risk of abortion and growth restriction of the baby.
So in case she conceives then ensure regular follow up with her doctor for proper examination and investigations.
As regards her periods are concerned, she needs to undergo regular follicular study and then progesterone tablets after the release of egg from ovaries
That will help in supporting the pregnancy (in case occurs) and will regulate her periods too.
So now your further plan should be to take the medicines as told and then do timely intercourse according to the release of egg of your partner.
Try this for 3 months and then get your semen analysis repeated.
Wish you all the best.
