Brief Answer:
She has infection of Urinary Bladder (Cystitis).

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your two months old female baby was admitted for UTI and revealed bilateral Pelvi Calyceal System of the kidneys with Cystitis.

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Does her renal function tests like Serum Creatinine and Blood Urea reported to be normal
2) What it the trans pelvic diameter of the renal pelvis?is it more than 10 mm.?
3) Have you done her urine culture and what are the results.?

It is very common to find Pelvi Calyceal system dilatation of pelvis in new born babies which gradually gets resolved as the child grows.

As regards Cystitis and thickened bladder mucosa you have to consult qualified Pediatric Urologist for clinical evaluation to rule out any obstruction in urinary passage or bladder neck by doing an endoscopic examination of bladder(Cysto Urethroscopy).

Please continue antibiotics as per culture report till it becomes sterile and continue prophylactic antibiotics for 6-8 months ..

You may need to get her ultrasound scanning done every three months till the age of one year to observe resolution of dilated Pelvi Calyceal system dilatation.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,
I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
