Detailed answer....
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
I have gone through the reports and based on these reports it can not be positively said that patient is suffering from dengue fever.
There is only a slight reduction in total WBC count.
A reduction in platelet count from 1.94 to 1.77 is not  considered as diagnostic of dengue.
Platelet counts in your patient is well within normal limits
Diagnosis of dengue is made by detection of dengue antigen in 1st week of fever and after that by getting IGm and igg done.
There is no specific treatment for dengue. It is a self limiting disease.
Treatment at the moment is keeping her well hydrated and seeing that she is passing urine normally.Just wait and watch for her general condition. Get the dengue antigen tested.
Admission n the hospital is done if patient is vomiting, not able to take any thing by mouth,if urine production is less.Give paracetamol for fever and can be given 3-4 times a day.
No other medication is required.
I hope it helps however you are most welcome to revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
