Brief Answer:
As below

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
I need a few more details from you.
Are your periods regular ?
Since how long are you trying to conceive ?
What treatment have you undergone so far ?
The HSG shows both tubes blocked, this needs IVF ( test tube baby ).
However, HSG is not confirmative or very reliable, it is better to get a laparoscopy done to know the real status of the tubes.
IS your husbands' report normal ?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Take care.

Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
Frankly with both tubes blocked, chances of normal conception are very less.
Are your periods regular?
As I said, HSG is not very reliable so you should go for a laparoscopy to check tubes.
Also get husband semen analysis done.
Take care
