Brief Answer:
Your ECG reports some blood restriction

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I shall explain each aspect of your ECG report individually so you can best understand your report sir. Let us start:

-Normal sinus rhythm: This indicates a normal rhythm of the heart beat, so this is perfectly normal

-Right ventricular hypertrophy: The heart is divided into different chambers on the left and right side of the heart. Out of this, the right ventricle is the chamber that is present on the inferio-lateral side of the heart. Your ECG report indicates enlargement of this chamber usually caused due to a possible deficiency of blood supply to a particular region of the body.

-Incomplete bundle branch block: A bundle branch block indicates some abnormality in the transmission of electrical impulses (which regulate its functioning) to your heart. An incomplete BBB means this abnormality is only partial

-T abnormality (flat T wave): A flat 'T' wave once seen is usually caused due to some restriction of blood supply (also called ischemia) which we also noted was the cause for the right ventricular hypertrophy, or a low level of potassium

Your ECG (EKG) report does not have a definite conclusion, but it does confirm some restriction in blood supply which should be addressed before more undesired consequences result.

I hope I have explained things in a manner best understood by you sir. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you.

Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
There is an increased risk to the heart, no damage

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.

It would be my pleasure to interpret your blood reports as well sir. I shall only mention the abnormalities for your better understanding.

-Cholesterol level indicates mild risk for coronary artery disease
-Triglyceride level is borderline normal
-HDL is considered to good cholesterol which helps prevent CAD and needs to be at least 40 or more in males; yours is 21 which is too low
-LDL is borderline high
-HbA1c level shows unsatisfactory control of your blood sugar (are you on any medications to control your blood sugar? If not, then you need to start immediately)

Based on these reports and your ECG, the conclusion would be:
-Diabetes: Requiring management, if no management has been initiated. If management has been initiated, it needs to be changed as adequate control is not being achieved
-There is an increased risk to coronary heart disease and so immediate lifestyle changes, medications to prevent cardiovascular events, etc; need to be suggested. Best to consult a cardiologist at the earliest

Yes sir, your ECG does show a risk to the heart (although no damage has taken place yet). For this reason I have strongly recommended a visit to a cardiologist to gain the necessary instructions to make changes to your life and protect your heart from any damage.

I hope I have explained this in a manner best understood by you. Please do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you.

Best wishes.
