Brief Answer:
Diabetes mellitus- consult an endocrinologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

The test reports suggest that you are diabetic.
The fasting blood sugar level is quite high from the normal baseline or normal range.
HbA1c is the blood test done to look for the diabetic control over past 6 months.
the level of HbA1c is also very high which suggests poor control of blood glucose levels.

It is evident from your history that you are not on any hypoglycemic drug.

Diabetes mellitus is a systemic disease which affects the kidney, nerves and small blood vessels.
Micral test measures the degree of microalbuminuria in urine.
Microalbumin is present in small amounts in healthy individuals.
In diabetic nephropathy, the level of microalbumin increases.
Infact presence of microalbumin in urine is the first indication of diabetic nephropathy.
Diabetes impairs healing of wounds and also causes numbness of extremities.
The systemic effects of diabetes increase with higher blood glucose levels.

So, you are suffering from diabetes mellitus with diabetic nephropathy.
I would suggests you to consult a diabetes specialist or an endocrinologist.
Hypoglycaemic drugs need to be started and complications i.e. nephropathy has to be managed.

Associated low hemoglobin has also to be investigated.
Complete hemogrAnemia has also to be managed.

If you have more queries, I will be glad to answer.

Brief Answer:
Treatment is available.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,

Yes, the disease can be controlled by medications and life style modifications.
The management of diabetes mellitus is aimed to keep the blood glucose levels as normal as possible and to prevent onset of complications.
There are measures to manage the complications, however, every effort should be made to control them.
Besides consulting a diabetologist, you also need to consult an ophthalmologist for examination of the retina.
This is because diabetes mellitus is known to affect the retina and hence the vision.

Thanks and take care
