Brief Answer:
Serum beta hCG blood test

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Welcome to health care magic.

Large cyst with internal echoes needs to be decided with MRI and rule out malignancy.

TSH is very high. It indicates hypothyroidism. Please reconfirmed if it's 59 or 5.9. Repeat blood test again.Treatment depends on that. You might need surgery for thyroid gland removal. See an endocrinologist soon.

Please get serum beta hCG to confirm pregnancy as you didn't get periods.

Brief Answer:
Thyroid and cyst

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I have seen all attached reports.

Your irregular and missed periods are due to thyroid malfunction. If you need permanent cure then you will have to go for Thyroid surgery or medical treatment and get thyroid levels under control.

You can take contraceptive pills for temporary regulation of periods as you are doing now.

Cyst aspirations need to be done under ultrasound scan guidance and needs to be sent for cytology. This will rule out malignancy of ovary and also provide therapeutic relief from cyst.
Treatment for thyroid and cyst can help you to get regular periods.

Pap smear is only for screening cervix malignancy. It does not help in ovary malignancy.

DR HAS ADVISED LAPROSCOPY , WHAT DO U SUGGEST WHETHER I SHOULD GET IT DONE OR SHOULD I WAIT TO GET THE THYROID LEVELS UNDER CONTROL?

SECONDLY , I HAVE NO PAIN OR ANY OTHER PROBLEM FRO CYST CAN I LET IT BE THE WAY IT IS AND FORGET ABOUT IT.

IS THERE ANY COMPLICATION IF I TRY TO CONCEIVE WITH CYST AND THYROID PROBLEM??

Brief Answer:
Thyroid control

Detailed Answer:
Hi

First get thyroid under control. It's risky to get operated without thyroid control. Even if you conceive these thyroid levels can cause abortions.

Cyst needs to be removed. It is difficult to conceive with cyst present there. Better to get removed. First get cytology after aspirations. Decide on laparoscopic removal after cytology report
