How can i overcome this without going for IVF ? I have heard there is some medication like tablets and stuff to increase motility and morphology as assured by my doctor (andrologist). It is appreciated if you could advise some.
Many thanks in advance.

Brief Answer:
Motility can be improved via drugs to some extent

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I can certainly understand your concern.

Morphological abnormalities cannot be practically corrected with medications.

However, motility can be improved with drugs like Becozinc and CoQ forte.

I generally prescribe oral pills of CoQ forte once daily in the morning post breakfast and Becozinc once daily at bedtime for 6 months.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these pills to you.

Likewise, I advise you to consume a good amount of protein like Soy protein daily.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Screen yourself for Varicocele.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir

I can certainly understand your concern.

The causes of teratozoospermia are unknown in most cases.

Lifestyle and habits (smoking, alcohol and other exposure, etc.) can also cause poor morphology.

Varicocele is another condition that is often associated with morphology defects.Hence I advise you to screen for the same.

To screen for varicocele, I advise you to go for Scrotal Ultrasound Doppler.

Post your further queries.
Thank you.
