Brief Answer:
You should do other tests; also visit a gynaecologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Welcome to HCM.
This is Dr. Swarnava Dattagupta answering your query.

I have gone through your query and reports and understand your concern.
PCOS or polycystic ovarian syndrome is quite common in adolescent and young females. In many cases, there are no symptoms apart from irregular menstruation and polycystic ovaries are an incidental finding. But if found, hormonal assessments and blood tests should always be done to know the extent of the disorder. Accordingly, treatment can be planned.
My suggestions will be to do hormonal assessments like serum TSH, freeT3 and freeT4 levels, serum prolactin level, levels of LH(luteinising hormone) and FSH(follicle stimulating hormone). Also blood tests like lipid profile and oral glucose tolerance tests are to be done.
I would also suggest to consult a gynaecologist with the reports and for an evaluation and further management.

Hope this was helpful.
You can consult me for further queries.
Regards.
