Question: What does it mean on a myelogram report when it states: there is ventral impression on the thecal sac at the C4-5 level?

But I want to say that if you are having severe pain due to this in neck and arms or having severe pain any other part of body due to any other cause then severe pain can cause dizziness and brief disorientation , a condition called vagal shock due to transient hypotension(shock). You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.
