Brief Answer:
Pressor on spinal cord at C4-C5 level by disc

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.

I'm Dr. Sudhir Kumar,

After going through your query I concluded that it means that there is something (most likely disc) pressing from anterior on to thecal sac (covering of spinal cord) at the level of disc between cervical fourth and fifth vertebrae.
You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.

Hope I have answered your query.
If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Wishing you good health.
Take care.

Thank you Doctor. Could this cause dizziness and brief disorientation when bending over, or lying down?

Brief Answer:
unlikely

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome back

After going through your query and follow up query I concluded that this (pressor on spinal cord at C4-C5 level by disc) is unlikely to cause dizziness and brief disorientation when bending over, or lying down. But I want to say that if you are having severe pain due to this in neck and arms or having severe pain any other part of body due to any other cause then severe pain can cause dizziness and brief disorientation , a condition called vagal shock due to transient hypotension(shock). You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.

Hope I have answered your query.
If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.
If you have no clarification then you can close the query and rate the answer.

Wishing you good health.
Take care.
