Lifestyle changes. gynec check up.

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Dr. Purushottm Neurgaonkar welcomes you to HCM VIRTUAL CLINIC. I have gone through your question, and I think I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1 ) First of all do not panic.

2 ) As per your history, you have low AMH levels, which is unusual for PCOS condition.

3 ) As per your history, and height and weight ratio in considered, I will suggest you to opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen. Include more portions of fruits, salads and vegetables in daily diet. Drink plenty of water in the day. Avoid deep fried foods, bakery products and refined sugars. Avoid substance abuse if any.
Start on Folic acid, Vitamin B 12 and Omega 3 supplements at least 3 months before you plan to get pregnant. This will help to prevent various complications during the pregnancy.

4 ) For your spotting related issue, I will suggest you to get morning's first sample of urine urine tested for pregnancy, if you do not have your regular period till 17th September. In case of doubt blood beta HCG test and USG will be of help.

5 ) Also, I will suggest you to get a gynec check up done that includes per speculum and per vaginal examination. This will help to ruke out conditions like cervical polyp or erosion which can be cause for spotting.

I hope this answer helps you.
