hi,
you are having the features of adenomyosis and endometriosis according to your description,
these are responsible for your symptoms,
the treatment options are medical and surgical depending on your symptoms severity, completion of family etc,
as the endometrial cyst is around 2 to 3cms size, if you prefer with your doctor's advice you can go for medical treatment or if symptoms are not not getting relieved with medical treatment and as surgery is the final option for adenomyosis depending on your doctor's advice you can go for that.
take care.
