Brief Answer:
List of causes given, but not all are likely ma'am, discuss with your doc

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Your MCHC does seem elevated, whereas the MCV is only mildly elevated and is negligible here.

Raised MCHC can be due to various causes, but all of them need to be looked into and a few can be ruled out as well, but either way I shall list them all for your reference ma'am:

+Sickle cell disease
+Homozygous hemoglobin C disease
+Burn patients
+Rare congenital disorder
+Hereditary spherocytosis
+Autoimmune haemolytic anemia
+Nutritional deficiencies (e.g. vitamind B12 deficiency)
+Pernicious anemia

Please speak to your doctor in detail about the possible cause, and do not worry about all the complicated names I have listed, most of them are rare and unlikely. I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
