Brief Answer:
Your findings suggests low hemoglobin level i,e anemia.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your findings suggests low hemoglobin level i,e anemia.MCV,MCH,MCHC are also low and it may be related to low iron level.

Platelet level is mildly raised,it may be due to anemia.

You should take iron rich foods like green leafy vegetable, jaggery etc.
You can also take iron-zinc combination tablet once daily. You can take one glass of lemon water along with iron tablet,it helps in better absorption of iron.
Single dose of folic acid tablet should also be taken.

Other findings like WBC count is normal.
Lipid profile is almost normal except low HDL level.HDL is good lipid and it can be improved by increasing physical activity.Go for brisk walk regularly.

Blood sugar level is acceptable.

You should take current medicines regularly.

Get well soon.
