Brief Answer:
It indicates hyperthyroidism.

Detailed Answer:
Hello welcome to HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.

TSH (thyroid secretory hormone) is secreted from pituitary gland in brain and regulate the function of thyroid gland.
When thyroid gland functions By its own more than normal, the requirement of TSH by the gland will be low and so it's levels goes below normal.

Results between 0.5 to 5.0 mIU/ml is considered normal.
Any value below 0.5 mIu/ml is considered as hyperthyroidism and any value above 5 mIU/ml is considered as Hypothyroidism.

Kindly send me your total report also. So I can comment as a whole, only TSH report is not sufficient.

To further evaluate hyperthyroidism follow my advice and ask your doctor -

1. Go for sonography of thyroid gland, it will give proper idea regarding the structure of thyroid. Whether and nodule is there or whole gland is enlarged.

2.Do your Anti - TPO antibody levels. Your doctor will understand about this report. It is necessary to rule out autoimmune thyroiditis.

3.Please tell me whether you have any symptoms like palpitations, anxiety, excessive perspiration, menstrual irregularities, low weight, frequent diarrhoea etc. Because all are this symptoms of hyperthyroidism.

4.Treatment is easy for hyperthyroidism so don't worry regarding that, but we have to to understand whether it is temporarily elevation of thyroid hormones or not. So kindly go for all investigation and then take my guidance.
I am always happy to help you.
Thank you.
Any further questions are always welcome.

Brief Answer:
Don't worry. Just follow my advice

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
I can understand your anxiety about the reports.

As I have mentioned earlier your reports suggest hyperthyroidism (high thyroid levels). In which menstrual irregularities are common. So we have our diagnosis.

But don't worry about it. It can be temporarily elevated if there is viral infection(viral thyroiditis).
As per I have already adviced to you do your thyroid profile including free T3 and free T4.

Kindly consult a doctor preferably an endocrinologist and ask about the reports I have suggested including sonography of thyroid.

Don't worry at present. Even if hyperthyroidism is permanent it is treatable.
In hyperthyroidism weight loss can occur and not weight gain. So don't worry about weight gain.

I hope I have given you satisfactory answer.
Any further questions are always welcome.
Thank you.

That report is normal at present.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have been gone through your reports.
Your free T3 and T4 reports are within range at present. So it's a good news at present. But in early stages of hyperthyroidism this type of report can come.

Go through all of my reports I have suggested and also meet your endocrinologist. Just clear everything.

You can take my guidance after consulting your endocrinologist.

Thank you.
