Brief Answer:
Should have a look at full ct-scan report first

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I need to have the full Ct-scan report to analyze it accordingly. Anyway, from what you are describing, I can say as following:

1. The 5 mm hypodensity mass in the dome means little uptake of contrast given for the CT. This small mass might be either cyst or hemangioma. Liver function tests and GGT test are needed to evaluate liver damages.

2. Several pulmonary nodules that are calcified are indicative for old healed lesions. Possible causes might be turbeculosis (calcified nodules-old healed lesions; non-calcified nodules - active lesions).

However, both calcified and non-calcified nodules might be benign or malign (tumors, cancers or metastasis). That's why I need to have the full Ct-scan report and any other lab tests you have done so far.

All the best!

Brief Answer:
No malignant findings were noted...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back XXXXXXX

1. I have to admit that it took some while for me to analyze your lab reports. And, yes, I have noted that the size of presumed adrenal adenoma have not changed during these years; I admit it.

2. Another thing is the calcifications in your liver that is normal after cholecystectomy.
Fatty infiltration of liver are also noted meaning that :
- you are obese/overweight
- your diet is favoring fatty liver
- you might have been taking medications that caused fatty infiltration in your liver

3. The calcified nodules in the lungs are indicative for granulomatous pathologies of lungs. I need to know if you have previous history of:
- tuberculosis?
- pneumonia?
- taking calcium supplements?

4. Smoking might have influenced negatively to your health and had inhibited quick healing of lungs infection that have ended to calcified nodules.

5. Regular follow ups are needed :
- repeat abdominal ultrasound after 6 months
- repeat: liver/kidney/pancreas function tests, hormonal balance after 1 year
- discuss with your doctor about tumoral factors testing.

Changes in your lifestyle (more physical activity) and diet regimen are highly recommended.

Overall, no malignant pathologies have been noted, however, I should also know What problems are you having currently?

Thank you!

i have stomach pains in the upper left of my stomach, once a day at least nausea NO VOMITING
and i was diagonsed with espoghageal spasms 7 years ago so i do suffer from occasional throat tightning events

Brief Answer:
Symptoms partially related to diabetes/weight loss

Detailed Answer:
Hi back XXXXXXX

1. Vertigo, feeling like passing out and blurred vision is because:
- perhaps your weight loss program includes foods low in sugar or calories. This might cause low blood sugar/pressure, and consequently the symptoms you are feeling.

- as you are taking hypoglycemiant drugs (to lower blood sugar), they might cause low blood sugar levels with the symptoms you are experiencing.

2. Being tired is due to:
- oscillations in blood sugar level
- lack of vitamins and minerals that is often present in diabetics (get electrolytes and vitamins in blood checked)
- restriction in foods you take on daily basis : perhaps they are not enough for your daily activities
- hormonal changes due to menopause

3. With regards to auto-immune problems, from what you are saying, there is no indication for any auto-immune problem. Furthermore, as all tests you have done for rheumatoid, ms and Lupus were negative, those excludes arthritis or autoimmune problems.

4. Menopause is often associated with many problems due to hormonal changes. However, when this period will be over, you won't have such problems.

5. As the prompted cardiac XXXXXXX in March this year resulted low build up plaque in your arteries, atherosclerotic lesions are excluded.

6. Finally, can discuss with your pneumologist/physician to run biopsy of the nodules in the lungs. I still think that they could be due to lung infection residues (calcified scars).

You can continue this discussion if you have further queries.

All the best!
