1. No the colonoscopy report is still not in my dashboard otherwise it would have shown "Has Reports" , please ask the Technical staff to rectify the same.
2. If your attending Doctor thinks it to be pain of IBS origin then follow the Instructions as explained earlier under GRAHANI and also take: Brahmi vati or Mentat tablet at night.
3. Grade 1 hemorrhoids mean non prolapsing internal hemorrhoids which bleed minimally so Arsha kalp vati is a good option and Ask the attending doctor that whether 'Biopsy' is needed or not.

1. The report section is now available on my dashboard and after reviewing the Images/Conclusion although I don't find anything suspicious but since your attending Physician Specialist] has given due time in taking up your case and investigation probably he has a better opinion.
2. Since complication of Grahani [IBS] is Gulma [gaseous tumor], Arsha [piles] thus hopefully correcting the Digestion might restore the normalcy.
3. This I read online:
According to the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine, [part of the National Institutes of Health] peppermint oil is best when consumed in coated-capsule form, which reduces the likelihood of heartburn. It’s considered safe when used in small doses, with common side effects generally limited to nausea and allergic reactions. But excessive doses of peppermint oil may cause kidney problems.

Hello,
What are the symptoms of IBS ? My only problem is I do not get the urge to go to the restroom,no matter what I eat,and the stools are soft,so it is definitely not constipation. Its just the stools are not moving in large intestine. No pain, and it feels relieved when I have a complete bowel movement.I have tried all diets and nothing seem to work.

1. Since there is considerable overlapping in your symptoms i.e. [do not get the urge, stool is not moving in the intestine which is consistent with IBS predominant Constipation] and stools are soft,no pain consistent with IBS predominant diarrhea] thus it seems possible to be a mixed case of IBS i.e. IBS with alternating diarrhea/constipation
PS. possible Sannipattika [mixed] grahani [IBS] or sangrahni
2. Possibility of lactose intolerance, small intestine bacterial overgrowth should be excluded
3. As described earlier regarding medicine for IBS please add Bael patra churana and XXXXXXX churan: ½ tsf before meals
4. Check with ESR and CRP investigation .

Hello Doctor,
It is not diarhhea,it is like normal stool only but stools just do not move. But sometimes I can see the food in stool and the stool is sticky, but it just do not move.I have never had diarhhea. For Piles,I read Baba ramdev's video, to take little cold milk with lemon early morning empty stomach. Shall I do that for Piles ?

1. It means possibly there is IBS predominant constipation [which means although stool is well formed but soft in consistency] for which one can take either ramban ras or XXXXXXX bhairav ras with honey.
2. If there if feeling of heaviness/pain abdomen then jatifladi churan/lavangadi churan is beneficial with butter milk
3.Parpati [flakes] kalpana will be the highly beneficial in your case [especially Panchamrut parpati]
4. Butter milk is the best medicine for the disease, make sure to prepare it every day and do not mix water
PS
i. Some of the other successful prescription drugs are: hemgarbh potli ras, agni XXXXXXX ras, nripati XXXXXXX ras XXXXXXX XXXXXXX ras
ii. Jatifladi churan is also good
iii. Environmental change is found to be beneficial when medicine(s) fail to give desire results
5. I cannot comment on the Piles suggestion since not suggested to anyone nor having the knowledge of the same, however you may try it for a week or so and then see the results for yourself. I usually recommend the following to my patient(s):
. 4 tsf sugar + 4 tsf bitter gourd juice for 1 month OR
. drink 2 cup butter milk with 3-4 pinch of black salt in it [after lunch/dinner
