Brief Answer:
Treatment of hypothyroidism first

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Delayed periods in your case can be due to increased TSH levels or decreased ovarian activity leading to increased FSH levels.
I will suggest you to take treatment for hypothyroidism, and if cycles do not resume properly after it, then repeat the FSH levels.
If then, the FSH levels are more than 10, then it is indicative of premature ovarian failure.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
