I have gone through your report which shows low hemoglobin, low MCV, MCH and MCHC.
There is anisocytosis and poikilocytosis which refers to variation in size and shape of red blood cells.
This picture is characteristic of iron deficiency anemia.
I suggest you to get an iron study along with ferritin level.
In case iron deficiency is detected, you may take iron supplements.
DHEA level of 622 microgram / dL is high and this value is expected in polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).
The level of DHEA needs to be reduced by medication.
Treatment of PCOS is aimed to reduced DHEA and to maintain the level of LH and FSH.
You need to consult your gynecologist for high level of DHEA.
