Hello, Thanks are writing to HCM, I have read your question, The blood report you have stated shows mild increase in the platelet count and even in the red blood cells density in blood and the haemoglobin level is less than normal, thrombocytosis means an increase in the number of thrombocytes in blood and as the platelet count is 555 it actually means that you have mild thrombocytosis, is usually caused due to an anaemia and as your blood report shows you are suffering from one. There is nothing to worry about, since the levels are not too high, a correct diet plan and medication can improve the condition.
