Thank you for query. I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
It is not clear whether you have itching, any other symptoms.
This may be due to fungal infection or a type of bacterial infection.
Both occur in areas with moisture like axilla and groins.
Keep area clean and dry well ventilated.
Use loose non irritant clothes especially inner wears.
You can wipe the area with warm saline water twice daily.
Please check for diabetes if any.
You can use topical antifungals like clotrimazole lotion than cream as they keep area dry than creams.
Do not use deodorant spray directly to these areas
It will subside. To prevent recurrence you need to follow all measures mentioned.
You can use antifungal dusting powders to prevent recurrence.
You can consult doctor for confirmation.
You can get back if any clarification is required.
