What Do Body Jerks In A Person With Diabetes And Hypothyroidism Indicate?
Question: Hello,
I am female ,18yrs old,5'6 ,150lbs(muscular) ,and have type 1 diabetes with hypothyroidism, and severe insulin site allergic reactions
Over the past few months I have been noticing seizure type jerks of my entire body. My eyes do not roll into the back of my head and I still have control over my jaw and mental awareness.
For a while I attributed it to Indica weed use(the strain type to relax the body)
It is now progressing to whenever I try to relax to drift to sleep.
Usully as well preceding panic attacks.
It always makes my blood glucose hard to stabilize.
Should I visit a Dr?

more like my entire body; but mostly uperbody with minors leg spasms. Its mostly in my abdomen/chest and arms with head jerks. it's sudden and sparatic,but symmetrical. no loss of consciousness, but it does exhaust me to fall asleep eventually. No mouth froth or tounge bite. No family history of seizures/epilepsy and only one minor concussion about 2 years ago.

Meanwhile,please start doing regular mental relaxation like meditation/yoga.At the same time,anti-anxiety medicine like clonazepam may be of help.PLEASE TAKE MEDICINES UNDER A PHYSICIAN'S GUIDANCE ONLY.
