Brief Answer:
different possible causes

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Blood in the urine (hematuria), has different causes. The yellow discoloration of the eyes may be due to increased levels of bilirubin/bile which can occur if there is bleeding or blood is breaking down.

You would need to consider stopping the aspirin.

Some of the causes of hematuria include:(1) stones in the renal tract
(2)blood disorder eg abnormality of the liver where some of the chemicals used for clotting are made
(3)trauma to the kdiney or other part of the renal tract
(4)infection
(5)mass in the urinary tract
(6)side effect of medications- medications that affect clotting

It would be best to be seen by a doctor as soon as possible. Bloods such as complete blood count, ESR, liver function tests, PT and PTT (they look at clotting).

Imaging of the renal tract may also be needed

Treatment depends on the cause found,

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
