Brief Answer:
GI endoscopy,dermatology consultation required

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

I will address your problems one by one.
Your history suggests that you irregular bowel habits- sometimes constipation, sometimes diarrhea ans sometimes absolutely normal.
These symptoms can be seen in number of bowel diseases like irritable bowel disease, inflammatory bowel disease and in carcinomas of the bowel.
A consultation with a gastroenterologist is required.
A lower intestinal endoscopy (colonoscopy) will help to view the lower GI (gastrointestinal) tract.

Feeling of pins and needles is suggestive of nerve related disorders like nerve irritation, nerve compression, nerve damage etc.
An associated rash suggests a skin related disorder. A primary skin disorder can also cause pins and needles sensation.
A clinical assessment of the rash is needed.
Clinical assessment is usually followed by a biopsy.
The exact nature of the lesion can determined after biopsy result.
Thus, consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and thus treatment of the rash.

The pus discharge indicates a bacterial infection.
A course of antibiotic is needed to treat the infection.

If you have more queries, I will be glad to answer.

Thank you.
I have long suspected I have irritable bowel sensitivity. Symptoms aren't severe enough, I don't think, for disease. I will see a gastroenterologist as soon as I can. I live in a very small town and would need to travel to see one. Also, do not have insurance at this time.

The pins and needles feeling can be quite bothersome one day, and the next not at all. When I am not being bothered by it, the rash is barely visible. The rash is under the skin. I am wondering if prickly feeling and rash could be a result of bowels not moving normally?

Because of the white flecks in bowels, and pus, could that indicate parasites? I no longer have those symptoms, but wonder if that could be the cause of my other symptoms?

I had these same symptoms a couple of years ago. Symptoms cleared up when I eliminated all wheat and sugar from diet.

Thank you. It's hard to live in a town with few doctors.

Brief Answer:
Consult a gastroenterologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,

The rash is not due to direct effect of the abnormal bowel movements.
Presence of pus cells in stools (I assume ) suggest infection, abscess, inflammatory bowel disease or fistula. Drink clean water to avoid any water borne infections.

After correlating all you symptoms ans signs, I conclude that you are probably having inflammatory bowel or related disorder.
Inflammatory bowel disease is a type of bowel disease which can affect other body parts also like skin, biliary tract etc.

So, I suggest you to consult your gastroenterologist for colonoscopy as soon as possible.

Thanks and take care
