Brief Answer:
Probably viral labrynthitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
You have labrynthitis causing vertigo .
This is a viral infection and may follow a viral upper respiratory infection.
In addition to treatment of the upper respiratory infection, you should also take vestibular sedative like Betahistine hydrochloride.
You probably have fever which may be treated with paracetamol.
Wish you a quick recovery.

Brief Answer:
Please see an ENT specialist and take treatment

Detailed Answer:
You should see an ENT doctor as soon as possible and start treatment as the vertigo without treatment would last longer.
