I have a problem of getting little urine out whenever I have more cough. If the cough is not much it's fine.

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is called as Stress Incontinence of Urine (SIU).
This is common problem that occurs in females during child bearing age and is due to weakness of muscle (Sphincter Urethra) that controls urination .and is mainly due to weakness of the Pelvic floor muscles that hold up the bladder to maintain the angle of urethra.
Consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and following basic tests to confirm the diagnosis .
1) Urodynaemic study of bladder
2) Endoscopic assessment to see the status of tone of urethral sphincter .
Doing Kegel Exercise for 45 minutes every day will help increase the tone of urethral sphincter and resolve the symptoms .
