What Causes Tongue Lesions, Blurry Vision And Swollen Lymph Node Behind The Ear?

Hello XXXXXXX
I can understand why you would feel frightened with so many symptoms and the duration they have gone on. I think it is likely there are a number of things that may be possible, and also certain things that you don't need to worry about.
1. I see the series of HIV tests you have had, and as all were negative, you don't have HIV. If you had HIV, even if one of the tests was inaccurate/false negative, you would have had a positive HIV test by now. You can rule that off your list.
2. The symptoms that are continuing and their possible causes:
a. swollen lymph nodes: this can be from chronic sinus infections, chronic EpsteinBarr infection, or even chronic fatigue syndrome. The lymph node size and locations should be followed by your doctor. Have you seen an Ear Nose Throat doctor? I recommend going to see one.
b. gastrointestinal problems and loose stool: this can be from irritable bowel syndrome and also from anxiety, certain medications, and malabsorption problems such as Celiac disease/gluten intolerance. Talk with your primary care doctor. If you have had diarrhea for longer than 3 weeks, it is time for an evaluation including stool cultures, and possibly an evaluation by a gastroenterologist.
c. blurry vision: see an eye doctor for starters. If there is nothing wrong there (not needing glasses or a change of prescription) then a neurologist.
Putting all of these symptoms together, it may be chronic fatigue syndrome, Epstein Barr,or other persistent virus and it's possible you picked up a virus that set this off from the girl who had fluish symptoms, but I am quite sure it is not HIV.
If none of the doctors I listed above can help, then consider going to an infectious disease/immunology doctor. You can find this type of doctor at a major medical center or university hospital.
I hope this information helps.

Detailed Answer:
Thyroid function is fine.
"Bad" cholesterol (LDL) is a bit high and can be brought down with diet.
As of August: Kidney and liver function as per blood test are normal.
Your complete blood count (CBC) is perfect.
The elevated urine urobilinogen does not seem to fit with your other labs. We sometimes see an elevated urine urobilinogen with liver disease, but your liver enzymes do not show a state of liver disease. I am wondering if this is a lab error and just needs to be repeated. If you would like the opinion of a urologist about the urinalysis, you can close this current discussion (as I am a family practice doctor, not urologist) and ask the question about the urobilinogen. In the 1st line of your question, write "FOR UROLOGIST ONLY PLEASE". A urologist will respond about the urinalysis, but it may take a while as one may not be on this site currently. But a urologist will get back to you.
