Question: All of a sudden my leg or my hand will have a sudden reflex action. Not big but my leg will kick a little or my hand will jerk a little. what does this mean?

Hi,

This sudden reflex action of leg and hand seems like myoclonic jerks to me. Myoclonus is a benign motor jerks of limbs and on most instances they do not have any serious implications. That being said, it would be a good idea to visit a neurologist and evaluate to rule out other associated conditions such as nutritional deficiency.
