What Causes Small Red Spots On Penis?
Question: Noticed these small red spots on my penis for the first time tonight on the head. No itching, no discomfort, nothing. Really small. Didnt notice them a few hours ago, just sort of showed up. A little nervous. Also, spent all day at a pool though so is this a reaction or something else like an std. I had sex with someone else about ten weeks ago, been really nervous about stds, herpes etc. Been a real hypochondriac nervous, never showed any symptoms, just looking at every little thing like it could be. Do i have need to be concerned or is this something like a chemical reaction,

I have gone through your query and picture. Genital herpes usually presented with burning sensation, pain and itching. It also will have blistering type of rash. As you don't have such symptoms it is most unlikely.
As you had unprotect sex it is better to go for STD tests to be on safe side. You can go for urine test of chlamydia and gonorrhea, VDRL for syphilis, HSV 1 &2 for herpes and HIV duo test.
This look like an allergic reaction. Aloe vera gel for local application will be helpful.

The sex I had was protected with a condom. Symptoms from an std wouldnt manifest for ten weeks or so then all of a sudden show up would they?
