What Causes Skin Around Anus Turning White When Having Genital Herpes, Outbreaks?
The skin around my anus has turned white. I have no itching or soreness. I m 66 years old, weigh 170, am 5 8 tall. No hemorrhoid trouble. I do have genital herpes and have infrequent outbreaks, but the sores are around the vagina. Any ideas? Thank you for your help.

It seems to be post-inflammatory depigmentation and vitiligo. I don’t think there is anything serious.
