Brief Answer:
may be reaction or viral infection

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

A rash can be a side effect of this immunization. It is most commonly a generalized itching rash but it can vary from one person to next. In addition, in most the rash would have started a few days after immunization.

If the rash is related to an allergic reaction to this agent then the use an oral antihistamine such as the cetirizine that you are using would be enough.

It is also possible that the rash is not related to this immunization. One other possibility is hand, foot and mouth disease. This relates to a rash that occurs in these areas though not all three may be involved.

It is caused by a viral infection and is common in children. The treatment is symptomatic meaning it is directed to the symptoms not the virus itself.
This means treating the itching (oral antihistamines, topical antihistamines or calamine lotion) or any discomfort that may occur.

If it is hand, foot and mouth (this is diagnosed by examination and history mainly) then it can be transmitted by contact with any nasal secretions, feces, throat secretions, rash.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
