Brief Answer:
In case of viral causes nothing shows up in the tests

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. It seems that your daughter is suffering from an episode of gastritis, possibly due to viral cause. It would be a good idea to refrain from giving her milk for the time being although you can give her other solids or semisolids. Giving Nexpro XXXXXXX (esomeprazole) or something similar to reduce stomach acid secretion, and some antiemetic like ondansetron should bring relief. Also give her ORS (oral rehydration solution) to make up for the lost water and salts. Giver her paracetamol or acetaminophen to bring down the temperature. Also give her tepid sponging.

Regards
