You have gut and stomach issues.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to Health Care Magic, I am Dr Muhammd Ahmad, I have closely read your question and I understand your concerns, I will hereby guide you regarding your health related problem.

According to your history and problems you are having, in my opinion you have stomach ans gut problems and they are taking toll on your body , they are disrtubing you bowel habit, you are losing blood having bad digestion and getting weaker by this.

I would suggest you to follow this guidline im quite positive it will help you.

1) Take tylenol 500mg for pain.
2) Avoid fizzy drinks, coffee caffeine junk food tea alcohol smoking( what ever is relevant).
3)Take high fiber food like whole wheat bread cereal, XXXXXXX bread fiber supplements etc.
4) Take 4...5 small meals a day instead of 2..3 big meals.
5) Stay physically active as much as your body can bear.
6) Take calcium vitamin containing supplements for some time.
7) Take syrup gaviscon 1 table spoon twice a day.
8) If this doesn't get settled do visit a gastroentrologist this is necessary as you will keep getting weaker if this doesn't goes back to normal.

I hope this answered your question, if you have more feel free to ask, otherwise close the discussion and rate it.
