Brief Answer:
Hello dear. It is unlikely to be related to the malignancy

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. Welcome to HCM.
I have gone through the details.
As the CT chest and abdomen and MRI brain are normal, it seems highly unlikely that the cancer has relapsed. However he has lost some weight and feeling malaise and Kidney function slightly deranged, he requires further workup.
thyroid function tests
Diabetic profile
ESR Complete blood counts with peripheral smears , MAntoux test, Urinary routine and culture test
(Look for any occult infection like tuberculosis, urinary tract infections)
I would also like to know whether back pain has been evaluated in detail or not.
Also measure temperature and maintain a temperature chart
Last but not the least , a detailed physical examination is must
Feel free to ask further.
Thans and regards
