Brief Answer:
Please refer to the detailed answe below

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After reading your medical query I can understand your concern and I would like to tell you that Yes you can take Antihistamine at bedtime for 5 days.

After 5 days if the rash resolves then it's fine but if it doesn't then it's advisable that you should consult a dermatologist personally for evaluation.

Also it could be an allergic reaction to the Bp medicine also so changing of the medicine will also be required if the rash doesn't resolve in 3 to 5 days.

You can also apply calamine lotion on the rash twice daily for 3 to 5 days.

I hope this information will be helpful.

Kind Regards

Brief Answer:
Hello Again

Detailed Answer:
No Quinapril does not cause a sore neck.

Antihistamines like cetrizine is usually considered to be safe at lowest possible dose while breastfeeding. However it's highly advisable that you should personally consult your doctor before using any kind of medicine.

Cetrizine is usually only prescribed by the doctor isnt it? What about an over the counter one from the chemist?

Brief Answer:
Hello again

Detailed Answer:
That won't be a good idea and is not advisable especially when you are breastfeeding a baby. The chemist won't be knowing the ill effects of the medicine to the baby.

Take care
