Brief Answer:
Pressure headache might because of tension & stress

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.

I have read your query and understand your concern.

As per your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having inflammatory lymph nodes swelling .

Pressure headache might because of tension & stress or due focal thickening in sphenoid sinus .

If I were your treating doctor , I would advice
consult ENT specialist & get ENT head neck examination done.

Till then ,
use anti inflammatory Ibuprofen twice daily after meal for Lymph node swelling ,
Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily for tonsil ,

Saline nasal rinse or spray thrice daily ,

Antihistaminic Fexofenadine Tab Allegra at night for sphenoid sinus thickening &

do meditation to relief tension & stress .

You will get relief .

Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Regards.
