What causes persistent iron deficiency and low WBC count?

Question: My white blood cell count and iron levels have been dropping for the past 3 months. What could be the possible causes?

You should rule out bleeding.

Go for stool occult blood test and ultrasound abdomen once.

Your WBC count fall may be due to some subclinical infection or other cause.
