Brief Answer:
Consultation

Detailed Answer:
Hello, and thanks for your question.

The simple solution to this is to stop drinking energy drinks, or to drastically cut down on intake. Once you drink an energy drink, there is nothing you can do to stop anxiety or panic if it occurs. You simply have to wait it out. Therefore you need to take a preventative strategy and stop drinking them. If after a few weeks of abstinence from energy drinks you are still having anxiety and/or panic, you may need treatment with an SSRI antidepressant such as escitalopram, or psychotherapy.

Detailed Answer:
Aside from stopping drinking energy drinks and caffeine altogether, which needs to happen, you can try taking Tylenol to lower your temperature, though any temperature below 38.3C or 101F is fine and does not need to be lowered.
