Brief Answer:
If it grows then get examined

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

Based on your description I could think of a possibilities like folliculitis. Need not worry, this can disappear on its own. Sometimes it can grow, when it grows in size then you must get it examined and if needed incise and drain the contents to prevent worsening.

If there is a visible lesion, please do share a picture of the same. I shall be more confident in my opinion.

Brief Answer:
Folliculitis or lymph node swelling

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the image.

After having a look at the lesion, I could consider two possibilities. Folliculitis or lymph node swelling both of which are due to inflammation. Taking antiinflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen would suffice. Take Tab Motrin 400 mg twice daily for three days after food.

If they grow in size even after medication, ten you should get examined.

Wish you good health.
