What Causes Pain On Left Side Of Pelvic Area?
Question: Half way through my menstrual cycle I began experiencing a dull ache in my pelvic area on the left side. My period is now late and I am experiencing no pregnancy or PMS symptoms. I have taken 3 negative at-home pregnancy tests. Pain in pelvic area on left side persists off and on.
