Brief Answer:
Chances of pregnancy are low.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

Please do not feel so tensed. All your symptoms are attributable more to stress.

You had sex between day 8-10 of the cycle assuming that the period lasted for 3-5 days. [ Please provide me the first day of your last menstrual period so that I may give you a better opinion].

The fertile days for women with regular cycles range from day 10-20. If the cycles are prolonged add the number of extra days and if they are early subtract them and so on. So if your periods come early then the fertile period also starts early. So, in that case the chance of pregnancy is there. But as you are 44, spontaneous pregnancy is rare at this age. With irregular periods the chance is even less. Also the symptoms of pregnancy do not come so early on. It takes around at least 2 weeks after sex for symptoms to come.
The other reason for these may be an infection like flu or gastric upset.
As of now, the only solution is wait till 3 weeks after the date of sex and get a urine pregnancy test done to rule out pregnancy. Use the first morning urine sample for optimal results.

Use soft diet and drink boiled water and use probiotics if there is a gastric upset.

If it is negative then pregnancy is ruled out and the symptoms may be due to stress or premenstrual syndrome.
Hope this satisfies your query.

Brief Answer:
Take tablet acetaminophen

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

It seems that you are still having the symptoms.

As of now a blood pregnancy test [ serum HCG] may be done to rule out pregnancy.

For the other symptoms you may take tablet acetaminophen [tylenol, is the brand name] and vitamin B complex tablets. They will help relieve the pain and oral symptoms and can be used safely even in case of pregnancy. You will need to see a doctor to get evaluated for infection and pregnancy.

Hope this was helpful.
I understand that you are in pain. Please take the drugs and you will feel better.
