Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
What is the normal duration and pattern of your menstrual cycles ?
Is it possible that there was some rough sex / masturbation ?
How much bleeding did you observe, or was it just a spot on your finger.
Are you sure it was blood or altered discharge ?
Have you ever had irregular periods or spotting before ?
Where exactly are you feeling the pain, because it is difficult for a non medical person to figure out that it is the cervix which is causing pain .
Please do write back with more details.
Take care.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
The cause seems to be your repeated fingering.
Please stop inserting a finger .
You can take Spasmoproxyvon 1 tablet twice a day.
Also, apply local ice packs.
You can take a hot water bottle, apply it over the pubic area and lie down for a few hours.
Avoid rough handling during masturbation, and wash thoroughly afterwards with plain water.
Do not rub, finger, squeeze, itch or touch down there unnecessarily.
Avoid any artificial soaps, cleansers, gels ,douches etc.
I think once you take a tablet, you will be fine in a couple of hours.
Do take care, and dont panic so much.
