Brief Answer:
Hormone replacement therapy

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Removal of ovaries in hysterectomy leads to weakness, bone pain and slight exertion on heart due to estrogen deficiency.
I will suggest you to take hormone replacement therapy if the problem is excessive.
You should also consult a cardiologist to get properly examined for any heart ailment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
Supplementation required

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Low levels of vitamin D and vitamin B 12 leads to the symptoms you are having.
You should then take vitamin D supplements and vitamin B12 injection or tablets to make up for the deficiencies. This will relieve the symptoms.
Supplementation of these medications do not have any adverse effect on the heart.
