What Causes Painful Bruise On Thigh While Having Chronic Fatigue Syndrome?

I am 38yrs old, female, 8stone, 5ft1in. Currently diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Perncious Anaemia. Have had pains in lower back. Skin feels tender. No problem or pain urinating. Pain has now subsided a little, skin still tender to touch. Left front upper thigh has now got a large black bruise on it, but haven t knocked myself there, and smaller bruise on my right upper thigh. Legs are often painful due to CFS, but have felt more tired lately with sudden temperature changes, feel very hot and sweaty then cold. Plus legs feel heavier than normal. I Take amitryptoline at night and have 12 weekly B12 injections. Feel like I am always troubling doctor, but husband concerned about the bruising.

Hello,

It may be due to some minor trauma which might have went unnoticed. You have to check your bleeding parameters as well.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
