Brief Answer:
No need to worry much for swine flu.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
In my opinion you should not worry much for swine flu.
As it is viral upper respiratory tract infection ( URTI ). So usually patients develop cough, sore throat , sneezing, fever and mild breathlessness. Only fever is not suspicious of swine flu.
So tell me if you are having any of the above mentioned symptoms along with fever.
And swine flu is severe in only selected patients like pregnant women, children, old aged , diabetics and patient with lung diseases.
In other patients, it behaves like simple URTI.
So don't panic for swine flu.
Consult your nearby doctor and get done
1. CBC (Complete Blood Count)
2. Chest x ray.
If both are normal then no need to worry at all for swine flu.
Your gastric problem is mostly due to stress and tension, you are having.
So reply me symptoms other then fever, if you are having.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Get done chest x ray.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your follow up question on HCM.
No need to worry much for swine flu.
But better to get done chest x ray and CBC.
You had tuberculosis in past.
And at present you are having, decreased appetite and low grade fever. So we need to rule out relapse of tuberculosis.
So chest x ray and CBC (Complete Blood Count) are needed to rule out this.
I want to ask you few things.
1. Did you have pulmonary tuberculosis?
2. Do you have weight loss at present?
3. Are you smoker?
Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can help you better.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
You are mostly having anxiety.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your follow up question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
In my opinion you are having mostly anxiety related symptoms.
Because you might be thinking too much for your symptoms.
You are having breathing difficulty, so let me know
1. Are you smoker?
2. Have you ever undergone PFT ( pulmonary function test ).
This is to rule out bronchitis.
Bronchitis can have low grade fever , mild breathing difficulty and decreased appetite.
So please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you further.
Anxiety and stress appears more in your case. But better to rule out bronchitis.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.
