What Causes Stomach Pain After Recovering From Respiratory Tract Infection?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...

My son has had tummy ache on and off for 3 weeks - it seems to be the glands in his tummy which may be a result of a respiratory tract infection. Worse in the mornings and evenings. Is this just viral -when will it go?
