Brief Answer:
Apply clobetasol, clotrimazole and fusidic acid combination cream

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
I can understand your concern regarding the skin lesions.
Considering the history, morphology and site of lesions I would like to treat it for subacute eczema as well as fungal infection ( Tinea pedis).
Confirmation of associated fungal infection can br made by KOH mount and culture but usually not required routinely.
In such overlapping cases of eczema and fungal infection, I advise a 5 day course of oral antibiotics like Cefadroxil along with oral fluconazole ( antifungal) once a week for 6 weeks.
Apply a cream containing mixture of clobetasol, clotrimazole and fusidic acid thrice a day over affected areas.
Take antihistaminics like Benadryl to relieve itching.
Avoid pricking/ scratching of lesions.
Avoid wearing socks and shoes for a week or so.
Use medicated soap containing triclosan to clean the area while bathing.
For complete resolution, I advise you to post follow up pictures after 2 weeks of above regimen.
Thanks
Dr Hardik Pitroda
