Brief Answer:
urine sample needs to go to the lab for analysis

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Fluconazole is an effective anti fungal , if the symptoms were solely related to a fungal infection that is responsive to this medication, then you should have noticed at least some small response.

You may need to have an urine sample sent to the lab to determine the exact pathogen (bacteria or fungus) that is causing your symptoms so that effective treatment can be started.

You may need an antibiotic along with the anti fungal

If no bacteria or fungus is found then a neurological cause would need to be ruled out.
The nerves play a big role in sensation and abnormal function of the nerves can cause altered sensation, this would only be considered if infection is ruled out.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
