What Causes Irregular Menstruation Post Unprotected Intercourse?
Question: Hi i've been sexual active with my boyfriend without protection my period came 2 days early on monday the 23rd afternoon then last until today 25th and came little brown so it already ended is that normal 2 days !? Usually my period is 4 days !?

Some changes in mestrual flow maybe normal physiological variation but if problem persist for 3-4 cycles than you need gynecological examination and investigation done to rule out the cause.
Stress,anxiety, mild hormonal changes, thyroid problem, fibroid, PCOD, infection may cause irregular menstrual cycle.
In your case this is first time you are facing this type of symptoms so it can be a normal physiological variations but before giving my opinion I would like to ask a few questions from you.
Are you on any type of birth control pills?
Are you having any type of foul smelling vaginal discharge?
Have you done any investigation?

No i am not in any type of birth control and no i dont have any smell or any discharge.. I have this little pimple next to my pee hole itchy little but not hurt no discharge but i asked this here the doctor told me i might have bartholin cyst . But this could effect my period !?I am going to gyn monday?

Since you don't have foul smelling vaginal discharge or itching, I doubt this is due to an infection.
