Brief Answer:
You mostly have some infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. i can understand your concern.

You have high total WBC count with high neutrophil and high immature cell count. It is commonly seen in infection. you may have some infection that leads to increase the count. Your low hemoglobin and hematocrit may be due to infection or some nutritional deficiency anemia.

You should control your infection first. For that a course of antibiotics should be taken. You are taking IV antibiotics and fluid therapy. You are on right tract and taking perfect treatment.

Once your infection is treated, your hemoglobin and hematocrit will increase. If still it remains low then you need further investigation to search the cause of anemia and take treatment accordingly.

Right now continue your antibiotic treatment.
Give me follow up.
